This is a three story, four bedroom, three bath contemporary Timber Frame home located in Maryland. The project that is nearing completion - only landscaping and a Phase 2 pool remain. The Timber Frame was constructed from Douglas Fir. The exterior wall system is comprised of R-25 SIP's with cement board siding. The walk-out basement was constructed using Insulated Concrete Forms. The overall footprint was 3,200 sq. ft.
